After authentication by your local Iranian consulate or embassy, the document is electronically registered in the judiciary system in Iran, enabling us to act immediately on your behalf without any physical paperwork transit.
No. In the vast majority of real estate, probate, inheritance, and family matters (including mutual divorce), your physical presence is not required. Through official electronic judicial authorization, we represent you in all court sessions, submissions, and administrative procedures directly in Iran.
Sana is the electronic notification portal of the Iranian Judiciary. Registering on Sana (which can now also be completed online for overseas Iranians) enables direct electronic access to all official court summons, filings, and judicial verdicts, ensuring complete transparency throughout your case.
